Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Nathan is the CEO and Founder of Gray Digital. Under his leadership and direction, Gray Digital has grown to be a leader in digital assets investing. Nathan's expertise spans across a broad spectrum of areas including investment management and operations, portfolio strategy, and risk analysis. He has a demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, driving growth, creating value for investors and development-team consistent results in volatile markets. In addition to his role at Gray Digital, Nathan is also the founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of hedge fund - Blackridge. Prior to founding Gray Digital and Blackridge, Nathan was a venture partner at Andreessen Horowitz.

Tammy is Gray Digital's COO. Previously, her career spanned over 20 years in the private banking and wealth management industry focused on high net worth (HNW), family office and institutional clients. Her extensive experience in this field has equipped her with a deep understanding of financial markets, banking, investment strategies, and wealth management. Tammy's experience is not only confined to traditional finance but also extends to digital assets and blockchain technology where she acts as an advisor and consultant.
